We manufacture custom leather jackets for you in a standard design made from high-quality kangaroo leather or cowhide – you can customize the color individually. Available as full custom or semi custom design.
Overview of options:
✅ Material: Kangaroo leather (approx. 1.0 mm) or cowhide (approx. 1.2 mm)
✅ Perforation: Full, Medium, Minimal or None
✅ Airbag compatibility: Including option for the latest airbag system
✅ Protectors: Choice of Paramount or SAS TEC

✅ TPU D64 hard shells on shoulders and elbows
✅ Double leather reinforcements on shoulders and elbows
✅ Certified protectors (EN 1621-1/2) on shoulders and elbows
✅ Removable antibacterial inner lining
✅ Ventilated aerodynamic back panel (optional hydration system)
✅ Stretch neoprene and Schoeller Keprotec inserts for maximum freedom of movement
